Our Project Management Team ensures that final design concepts are guided through the manufacturing process in a timely and cost efficient manner. They oversee all aspects of the project and ensure our products are delivered on budget and on time. An integral component in our overall process, the Project Management Team makes sure the supply chain, product quality, deliveries and installations meet Somerville’s high quality standards. As the hub of the operation, the Team also provides cost effective sourcing of raw materials and subcontracted services, as well as investigating what’s new in the retail display and merchandising industry by attending trade shows and industry events.
