Somerville’s extensive safety program permeates every aspect of our facility. Every member of our team is tasked with making sure they and their peers work together to keep everyone safe. Our Joint Health and Safety Committee meets monthly to discuss and implement better than industry standard best practices. As 5-year members of our local Safety Group, we challenge ourselves to learn, grow and implement safe working procedures. And we train and practice continuously!

We encourage and support our staff to be healthy and well. We host regular lunch and learn sessions that educate and enlighten, as well as an annual “Health and Safety Month” that features lots of opportunities for learning and fun events. Somerville knows that a healthy and safe workforce is efficient and productive.
